Revival

All the mending as time passed,
With the winds,
And the rains,
She had healed she believed,
She was laughing in this new found space.

Warm from all the running away,
She stopped to the cold storm,
The truth had arrived.
And on the floor,
Frozen with time,
That broken piece,
That time forgot.
She slipped,
Into her stories,
Until one day the page was blank,
With no words written,
With no images painted.

She'd been a believer,
Hopeful,
And something listened,
He came back with warmth,
His fingers fitting into hers,
Like a solved puzzle,
He held her tight,
And pulled her through time,
Through space,
Teaching her,
To move,
Like a ripple to the sound of music,
His and her music.
Now in a space,
Where words came true,
And paintings her reality,
Uncertainty felt good.
Being on the edge,
She was ready to let go,
Ready to fly,
With the man who took her to the mountains of love.

-Yet Another Thing.
